Málaga 24h TV – Cinco detenidos por robar castañas en la Serranía de Ronda

Agentes de la Guardia Civil en el marco de las actuaciones llevadas a cabo en el ‘Plan contra las sustracciones en explotaciones agrícolas y ganaderas’ han detenido a cinco personas acusadas de los delitos de hurto por la sustracción de castañas en la Serranía de Ronda.

Durante las detenciones, realizadas en los municipios malagueños de Igualeja, Pujerra, Cartajima, Parauta y Faraján, agentes han recuperado gran parte de lo sustraído, siendo destacable la colaboración ciudadana en algunos casos.

Los hechos han tenido lugar durante la campaña de recogida de este fruto en los meses de septiembre y octubre, donde se han sustraído más de una tonelada de castañas, según han informado desde la Guardia Civil.

Agents of the Civil Guard in the framework of the actions carried out in the ‘Plan against abductions in agricultural and livestock farms’ have arrested five people accused of the theft of chestnuts in the Serrania de Ronda.

During the arrests, carried out in the municipalities of Igualeja, Pujerra, Cartajima, Parauta and Faraján, agents have recovered much of what has been subtracted, being remarkable the collaboration of citizens in some cases.

The events took place during the campaign of collection of this fruit in the months of September and October, where more than a ton of chestnuts have been stolen, according to reports from the Guardia Civil.
