Málaga 24h TV – Imputados cuestionan los «cimientos jurídicos» del caso ERE
Una decena de imputados en el caso de los ERE fraudulentos han elevado un escrito a la juez María Núñez Bolaños en el que le reclaman que haga una revisión «profunda» de los «cimientos jurídicos» en que «se asienta el edificio procesal construido con esta causa», desvelando en este sentido un Real Decreto de 1984 que otorga a la Junta la competencia para conceder las ayudas sociolaborales investigadas.
Los investigados referidos aluden así al Real Decreto 1035/1984, de 9 de mayo, sobre traspaso de funciones y servicios del Estado a la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía en materia de ERE, para concluir que la región andaluza «tiene plena competencia para la gestión y abono con su propio presupuesto de las ayudas sociolaborales que se discuten en el presente procedimiento».
