Málaga 24h TV – La Fiscalía solicita el archivo en el caso de espionaje

La Fiscalía ha solicitado el sobreseimiento provisional en el presunto caso del Espionaje a políticos en la Comunidad de Madrid al considerar que las investigaciones llevadas a cabo no desprenden «suficientes» indicios que acrediten la comisión de un supuesto delito de malversación de caudales públicos, según han apuntado este jueves fuentes jurídicas.

Esta postura contrasta con el escrito presentado por la Abogacía de la Comunidad de Madrid, que se solicitaba la apertura de juicio oral contra los imputados al considerar acreditado que hubo vigilancias de personas vinculadas al Gobierno regional durante los meses de marzo a mayo de 2008, en la etapa de Esperanza Aguirre al frente de la Presidencia de la Comunidad de Madrid.

Se formulaba así escrito de acusación contra los seis investigados, entre ellos el entonces director de Seguridad de Madrid Sergio Gamón, y su ‘número dos’, Miguel Castaño Grande. Además, formula acusación contra tres guardias civiles implicados en el caso y un funcionario regional.
