Málaga 24h TV – El Gobierno propone cargar las reducciones en las cotizaciones a los Presupuestos

El Pacto de Toledo ha echado a andar este martes para empezar a trabajar en la reforma de pensiones que viene. La ministra de Empleo y Seguridad Social, Fátima Bánez, ha sido la primera en comparecer en la Comisión con una propuesta debajo del brazo: financiar todas las bonificaciones al empleo vía Presupuestos para reducir la carga de la Seguridad Social.

Actualmente, el Presupuesto se hace cargo de las bonificaciones en sí, pero no de las reducciones de cuotas que contemplan algunas figuras como las tarifas planas. Ese menor ingreso lo asume la Seguridad Social y actualmente ronda los 2.000 millones.

En cierto sentido, la nueva propuesta de Báñez supone un paso atrás en las políticas que había defendido hasta ahora el Gobierno para recuperar el empleo. Las tarifas planas fueron en su momento algunas de las medidas estrella del Ejecutivo para superar la crisis y ahora reconocen que en realidad están creando un gran agujero a la Seguridad Social.

English: The Pact of Toledo has started this Tuesday to start work on the next pension reform. The Minister of Employment and Social Security, Fatima Bánez, was the first to appear in the Commission with a proposal under the arm: to finance all the subsidies to employment via Budgets to reduce the burden of Social Security.

Currently, the Budget takes care of the bonuses themselves, but not of the quota reductions contemplated by some figures such as flat rates. That lower income is assumed by Social Security and currently is around 2,000 million.

In a sense, the new proposal of Báñez is a step backwards in the policies that the Government has so far defended to recover the employment. The flat rates were at the time some of the star measures of the Executive to overcome the crisis and now recognize that they are actually creating a big hole for Social Security.
