Málaga 24h TV – Los malagueños podrán anular 19.000 multas de radares por un fallo de la DGT

Las sanciones de tráfico por exceso de velocidad que han puesto los radares entre 2010 y 2015 están puestas en entredicho por los propios tribunales.

Y es que un error de la Dirección General de Tráfico, que no aplica la corrección prevista en las mediciones de la velocidad de los radares, está siendo la causa para que los tribunales dejen sin efecto las sanciones.

Estamos hablando de que sólo en Málaga podrían beneficiarse de esta medida unas 19.000 multas por exceso de velocidad que están pendientes de cobro en Málaga y que fueron impuestas entre 2010 y 2015, según los datos de Automovilistas Europeos Asociados.

Según la OPINIÓN DE MÁLAGA el cambio en la Ley de Seguridad Vial aprobado en 2010 está en el origen del problema, ya que a partir de ese momento la DGT dejó de aplicar la corrección exigida en las mediciones, que se estima en una rebaja del 5% de la velocidad calculada por el radar fijo y del 7% si el radar es móvil.
