Málaga 24h TV – Villar Mir declarará como investigado el 9 de enero

El titular del Juzgado de Instrucción número 3 de Palma, José Castro, ha citado a declarar, a petición propia y en calidad de investigado, al expresidente de OHL y exministro Juan Miguel Villar Mir en el marco de la causa que investiga la adjudicación presuntamente irregular de las obras del hospital de Son Espases así como su vinculación con la reforma de la sede nacional del PP.

Recientemente, la Audiencia Provincial de Baleares rechazó archivar la imputación de Villar Mir al entender que esta cuestión debe planteársela a Castro una vez finalizadas las investigaciones y no ahora.

La defensa de Villar Mir recrimina que se dirijan acciones penales contra él «por ser quien es» en base a «conjeturas imprecisas», «vaguedades» y «buscando lo que no existe».
