Málaga 24h TV – El precio de la vivienda libre acelera su subida al 4% en el tercer trimestre

El precio de la vivienda libre aumentó un 4% en el tercer trimestre en tasa interanual, una décima por encima del repunte anual del segundo trimestre, según datos difundidos este miércoles por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE).
Con este incremento del 4% ya son diez los trimestres consecutivos en los que los precios de la vivienda presentan tasas interanuales positivas.

Por tipo de vivienda, el precio de la vivienda nueva subió un 7,3% en comparación con el tercer trimestre de 2015, tasa más de un punto inferior a la del trimestre anterior, mientras que el precio de la vivienda usada aceleró tres décimas su crecimiento anual, desde el 3,2% del segundo trimestre al 3,5% en el tercero.

Por comunidades autónomas, la mayor parte de ellas elevaron la tasa anual del precio de la vivienda libre durante el tercer trimestre. Los mayores aumentos correspondieron a Navarra y Cataluña. En Andalucía, los precios de la vivienda libre han subidoun 1,4 por ciento en el tercer trimestre respecto al mismo periodo del año anterior.
