Málaga 24h TV – Noticias – El PSOE-A pide flexibilizar el techo de gasto para ayunamientos

El secretario de Política Institucional del PSOE de Andalucía, Francisco Conejo, ha reiterado la necesidad de que el Gobierno central «flexibilice» el techo de gasto de los ayuntamientos y diputaciones para aumentar la financiación y, por tanto, las inversiones y los servicios que se prestan a la ciudadanía.

En Marbella, Conejo ha destacado que la primera Comisión Nacional de Administración Local, que establece la colaboración entre Gobierno central y ayuntamientos a través de la Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias , aprobó una decisión «muy importante» para el municipalismo: la creación de una comisión cuatripartita entre representantes de la Administración central, ayuntamientos, comunidades autónomas y la autoridad fiscal independiente que estudiarán «una nueva formula para establecer la regla de gasto y el techo de gasto de las corporaciones locales en los próximos Presupuestos Generales del Estado».

El socialista ha manifestado que exigirán la eliminación de las restricciones «para atender la petición de 2.800 alcaldes y 20.858 concejales de España que están solicitando hoy la derogación de las medidas que frenaban el municipalismo en nuestro país». En concreto, los alcaldes han conseguido que este grupo de trabajo estudie la flexibilización del techo de gasto y una nueva fórmula para valorar la regla de gasto basada en el presupuesto aprobado y no en el liquidado,como hasta ahora.
Esta flexibilización, ha añadido, supondrá «un cálculo más justo y eficiente para garantizar que la mayoría de los ayuntamientos tengan más financiación».

Por otra parte, Conejo, que ha visitado el centro de mayores Encarna Cantero de Marbella junto a la primera teniente de alcalde del ayuntamiento y vicesecretaria general del PSOE local, Blanca Fernández, y la viceportavoz socialista en la Diputación, Estefanía Merino, ha destacado la apuesta del Gobierno de la Junta por «blindar» la Ley de Dependencia y ha abogado por un Pacto de Estado para garantizar su futuro.
