Las denuncias por violencia de género suben un 13,9% entre julio y septiembre – Málaga 24h TV

Los juzgados españoles recibieron entre julio y septiembre de este año un total de 38.402 denuncias por violencia de género, lo que supone un incremento del 13,9 por ciento respecto del mismo periodo de 2015 y del 5,7 por ciento si la comparativa es con el trimestre inmediatamente anterior.

Según los datos del Observatorio de Violencia Doméstica y de Género del Consejo General del Poder Judicial (CGPJ) difundidos este lunes, tras esas 38.402 denuncias había 36.079 víctimas de violencia de género, un 11% más que un año antes, de las que siete de cada diez eran españolas.

La estadística revela que las denuncias presentadas por personas del entorno de la víctima fueron un 0,13% en los juzgados y un 1,18% en atestados policiales. Como es habitual, en la mayoría de los casos (65,18%) es la víctima quien la interpone a partir de la intervención de la Policía.
