Alemania convoca elecciones generales para el 24 de septiembre – Málaga 24h TV

Las elecciones generales alemanas, en las que la canciller Angela Merkel espera ser elegida para un cuarto mandato, se celebrarán el 24 de septiembre, según ha anunciado este miércoles el gobierno. La fecha -adoptada en consejo de ministros- todavía tiene que ser aprobada por el presidente de la república, Joachim Gauck.

Mientras la canciller confirmó ya en noviembre pasado que se presentará a la reelección para el que sería, de ganar los comicios, su cuarto mandato, los socialdemócratas tienen previsto esperar al 29 de enero para anunciar oficialmente quien será su candidato, aunque en los medios se apunta al líder del SPD, el vicecanciller y ministro de Economía, Sigmar Gabriel.
