Un análisis integral hubiera evidenciado el peligro de Angrois – Málaga 24h TV
El ingeniero de telecomunicaciones César Mariñas concluye en su informe sobre el análisis de riesgo en la línea Ourense-Santiago, donde se produjo el accidente del tren Alvia que dejó 80 muertos y más de 100 heridos, que «se echa especialmente de menos» que esta evaluación se realizase sobre el sistema «completo».
