Margarita Robles exige aclarar si hay policías que actúan por libre-Málaga24h

La presidenta de la Comisión de Justicia del Congreso y diputada del PSOE, Margarita Robles, ha mostrado su preocupación por las informaciones que apuntan que puede haber un sector de la Policía que esté actuando «por su cuenta», al margen de jueces y fiscales, para, entre otras cosas, intentar implicar al Rey emérito, y exigió al Ministerio del Interior que abra una investigación si esto se confirma.

Así se pronunció Robles en declaraciones en el Congreso, al ser preguntada sobre la información del diario ‘El Mundo’ relativa a la existencia de unas notas policiales internas que relatan una negociación entre el Centro Nacional de Inteligencia y el expresidente catalán Jordi Pujol.

Según el diario, el juez de la Audiencia Nacional José de la Mata acaba de incorporar al sumario judicial del caso Pujol esas notas sobre unas puestas conversaciones que, siempre según esos informes policiales, buscarían un trato judicial favorable para el clan catalán a cambio de no desvelar información sensible sobre Don Juan Carlos.
Concretamente, que el Rey Emérito tiene dinero en la cuenta Soleado de Gürtel.
Para Robles, magistrada en excedencia, De la Mata «ha hecho bien» en incorporar al sumario esa información y ahora será él quien tenga que investigar si lo estima oportuno la veracidad del asunto.
