Detenidas tres personas y desmantelado un local de Marbella usado para traficar con droga-Malaga24h

La Policía Nacional ha detenido en Marbella a tres responsables de una asociación a favor de la regularización del cannabis por su presunta implicación en los delitos de tráfico de drogas y asociación ilícita, en el marco de una operación en la que se ha dado por desmantelado un local clandestino vinculado a dicha organización en la que los arrestados supuestamente se dedicaban a la venta y distribución de estupefacientes.
Según informó este domingo la Policía en una nota, las detenciones se produjeron el pasado día 25 de enero, y el local desmantelado servía de «tapadera para el narcotráfico».
Los tres detenidos son el presidente y un gerente de la asociación, y una mujer que ejercía de secretaria y filtraba las visitas al establecimiento.
Son de nacionalidad francesa y tienen entre 26 y 37 años de edad.
La investigación se inició a partir de unas informaciones que apuntaban a la existencia en Marbella de un inmueble carente de licencia para el desarrollo de actividad comercial, en el que al parecer se estaría produciendo la venta de sustancias estupefacientes.
