Tribunal presidido por un exalto cargo de la Junta juzgará a Chaves y Griñán por ERE – Málaga 24h TV

La Sección Primera de la Audiencia Provincial de Sevilla, presidida por el magistrado Pedro Izquierdo, ex secretario general de Justicia de la Junta de Andalucía, ha sido elegida por medio de un sorteo celebrado este jueves para juzgar la pieza ‘política’ de los ERE fraudulentos que afecta a los ex presidentes de la Junta de Andalucía Manuel Chaves y José Antonio Griñán y a otros 24 ex altos cargos, entre ellos seis exconsejeros.

El sorteo se ha llevado a cabo a las 12,30 de este jueves en la biblioteca de la Audiencia Provincial de Sevilla, una vez la juez María Núñez Bolaños ha elevado la causa, y en el mismo han participado las secciones Primera, Tercera y Cuarta de la Audiencia, ya que la Sección Séptima se encarga de resolver los recursos presentados en este procedimiento y, por tanto, no puede enjuiciar la causa.

Así, se han introducido tres bolas –cada una con el nombre de un sección– en una botella de cuero que antiguamente era utilizada para el reparto de sumario, y ha sido el secretario de la Audiencia Provincial, Luis Revilla, la mano inocente encargada de extraer la bola de dicha botella.
