Granados pide al juez de Púnica que cite a Esperanza Aguirre – Málaga 24h TV

La defensa del presunto ‘cerebro’ de la trama ‘Púnica’ y ex secretario general del PP en Madrid, Francisco Granados ha presentado un escrito ante el juez de la Audiencia Nacional que investiga el caso, Eloy Velasco, pidiendo la citación de la expresidenta autonómica y del partido en esta comunidad Esperanza Aguirre para que aclare si él podría tener la influencia que le atribuye la Unidad Central Operativa de la Guardia Civil sobre otros cargos autonómicos en relación con diferentes operaciones urbanísticas investigadas en esta causa.

El escrito del abogado Roberto Granizo Palomeque, al que ha tenido acceso Europa Press, interesa la citación de otra veintena de personas entre las que se encuentran responsables de la empresa pública Arpegio, la exconsejera de Urbanismo Ana Isabel Mariño, el exconsejero de Cultura Santiago Fisas, los exconsejeros de Medio Ambiente Mariano Zabía y Beatriz María Elorriaga y los exalcaldes Pedro Castro y Juan Soler-Espiauba (Getafe) y Bartolomé González (Alcalá de Henares), entre otros exresponsables autonómicos de la época en la que Esperanza Aguirre era presidenta de la Comunidad de Madrid.
Respecto a esta última, la defensa estima necesaria su declaración para que explique el papel de Granados en el Gobierno de la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid, en concreto «qué influencia pudo ejercer sobre la gestión de otros consejeros; si tenía o no la supuesta superioridad jerárquica que se le atribuye en algunos informes de la UCO.
