La campaña #StopAhogados llega a las playas de Málaga con útiles consejos para disfrutar del litoral

Bañarse en zonas vigiladas, nadar en paralelo a la playa, tener en cuenta que colchonetas y flotadores alejan de la orilla. Recomendaciones que debemos tener en cuenta con el inicio del verano.

Comienza la temporada de playa y con ella la campaña de prevención de accidentes Stop Ahogados. El objetivo es disfrutar de una jornada placentera de playa. Desde el Ayuntamiento ponen en marcha esta iniciativa desde este sábado 26 de mayo con motivo de las actividades de la Fiesta del Deporte en la playa de la Misericordia.

Los consejos que ofrece esta iniciativa van desde llevar elementos de protección a la playa, pasando por leer los carteles informativos hasta atender el color de la bandera.

Los protagonistas de la campaña son niños, que son los principales perjudicados en caso de accidentes, y las recomendaciones también aluden a la utilidad de recordar el número de teléfono de un familiar, la vigilancia de los niños a cargo de adultos o el baño en zonas vigiladas.

La campaña también se fija en que hay que nadar paralelo a la playa, la prevención de que el material de flotación puede alejar a los bañistas de la orilla y la importancia de acudir al socorrista ante cualquier situación de peligro.
